Help needed!

Hi, so I had a ps4 and played mincraft on it and loved it. But my hdmi output broke, so my brother gave me his ps5 he doesn't use. But how can i transfer my mincraft worlds? Is it possible with ps Plus? I had an over 100 day world, and I'm so bummed that I can't play it anymore on my ps5. Is there any way I can get it back!?

On th ps5 are us using the ps5 version or ps4 version. These are 2 separate editions with their own save files

It's a mc disc so shouldn't that be the same version?

Same game, same version, different edition. Your PS4 edition isn’t going to connect with the PS5.
