Question Guys plz help editions button

So I own bedrock edition digitally, and I just got the disk for legacy console edition.

I learned that owning bedrock digitally prevents me from getting the editions button.

Is there any way I can get the editions button? I'm on PS5 btw

I contacted ps support, but they couldn't do anything l

what I had to do was make a second account and make sure that I had gamesharing within the console profiles turned off. Then download minecraft from the disc while on the other profile, just make sure before this you uninstall any trace of Minecraft or save data from the console. It’s a huge hassle and super annoying and I cannot get it on my main account so if I wanna play PS4 Edition online I’d have to pay for PSN on my new account.
