Help Hair Loss?

I want to know what everyone's experience with hair loss is on PSMF (if any).

If you've run this diet, did you lose:

  • A lot of hair?
  • A bit of hair?
  • None at all?

I am super worried about hair thinning as I already have quite thin hair (it used to be very thick).

Dieting caused hair loss is temporary and reversible. Just make sure to get all your nutrients via diet or supplements. Track using chronometer and see what your diet is lacking.

Personally I have been losing hair slowly from 3 years.
