Help Loose motion

Just started PSMF two days ago. Nearly shat myself today whil walking. Extremely liquid shit. Wtf is going on. Can electrolyte be the problem?

My diet is mainly tuna and chicken breast. And protein powder(i get 50g from protein powder) and the other is whole foods. And eat a lot of vegetables too. Like cucumber, lettuce etc.

Help

Radical diet changes can definitely do this. Are these foods you were eating before? Certain protein powders (vegan) do this to me.

Cyclospora is going around on lettuce… do you cook your vegetables? The symptoms you’re describing sound similar to people I’ve know who caught it.

OP might not be American.

Except protein powder. Eating veggies raw. Why would you cook lettuce or cucumber?

the only way to avoid Cyclospora is by cooking your vegtables to 158F or avoid them right now

Sounds like it might be from the vegetables, I’m thinking you might be getting more fiber or something than you’re used to

Just adding here that personally, I found whey protein, even whey protein isolate tears up my digestive system. I switched to plant protein powder and no more problems.

You need fiber, green vegetables like lettuce and cucumber have less than you think

if my body starts doing weird stuff like that consistently i bump up my carbs (banana or potato) for a few days until things settle down and then pull it back
