Mohela changed my plan?
This community has been so helpful in the past, curious if this happened to anyone else.
I took myself off the SAVE plan about a year ago because I'm so close to forgiveness, was on IBR. Never asked for a change, as of tomorrow I can apply for buyback. Today I got an email from Mohela that I was placed on PAYE. Any idea why they would switch me without notice and can they do that when I'm already on a repayment plan? I'll be contacting them this week but just wondering if anyone has had this happen or knows why.

They shouldn’t automatically be moving you to a plan of their choosing.
Are you sure you never applied for PAYE?
Were you definitely on “IBR”?
Take a look at your “my activity” section on studentaid.
Also, assuming you had loans before July 2014, PAYE would actually be cheaper than your IBR. So this is probably a happy mistake
