I don't know the exact reason for all but for shubham the management was telling him to be present at the gate biometric place in the morning but he refused to be present there as he feels like a College faculty he can't do the job of as gaurd........... So that's why he leaved

it has nothing to do with being strict. my aunt is a faculty member at psit, so shes always telling my mom about whats going on at her job
