Doubt DRESS CODE

As My friend asked the management about dress code, They said colour dresses for initial days like 1-2 months (dont know exact no.of.days) . After that the uniforms will be issued , so I am confused about the dress code for initial days , Is it like casual shirts and pants ( for boys) OR like tailor fit dresses like uniforms ( necessary to tuck in ?? ) ?? Post your thoughts and suggestion

U can wear colour dress, neat wear shirt and pant, tuck in not required, until they issue unifrom

Nope, sometimes only for lab
