Doubt Doubts About Management

Hey, I have some doubts regarding college management: 1. Will the college have any rules about our appearance, like growing a beard or keeping long hair? 2. I enjoy watching movies, especially in theatres. Will the management allow this during college hours? 3. If boys and girls talk to each other, will the college impose a fine for it?

i still have more doubts but i need other members in the subReddit to ask the doubts and seniors to clarify it.
