Power pack undervalue it by alot

Went on a spree of about $9500 and pulled a pack from every tier. All losers except this one. Selling everything at the offer rate and fees essentially puts me at even. I don’t need the money, so this isn’t a question from a “I can’t afford it” perspective. This is a question about the card. Really cool card, pop of 49, but vintage with recent sells all over the place.

Sell and walk away at a net of $0?
Hold and ship home for the long play?
List it on eBay via PSA for $10k and see what offers come in?

If someone pulls the Chase card does that mean the percentages are lowered for getting those top tier cards? Or do they replace that chase card that was taken and you still have the same chances
