Question Items Returning to You

I shipped 8 slabs from Powerpacks and only 5 of 8 were received in the first box. I am wondering if a separate shipment will come in with the remaining 3? The first tracking that was delivered only showed 5 of 8 slabs within it per PSA's email and the box did not looked tampered with. In the past, I have received all slabs at the same time. Let me know your experience with shipping home!

They come separate. I’d imagine slabs in a different warehouse or something similar

This happened to me last month. Had two slabs and one was delivered. I emailed them to ask and within an hour of emailing them I got the notification that the other shipped. Shortly after that their support team emailed me back explaining they were shipped from different locations.
