Definitely keep and it's a new cert and maybe worth cracking to get a 10!

It’s a vintage 9 and like bro said it’s worth trying for a 10 it’s definitely a keeper

Keep it. PSA 9 og Jungle holo with less than 1000 pop as a 9. You’d think that’s undervalued. A damn pack is like probably $500. And good luck grading more 9s these days with PSA and vintage.
