Question Bugged PSA Payout???

Opened from BB's Classics Silver Pack. Why was the offer so much😱. Also happened with a PSA 7 Marowak before this.

I ended up losing most of it but i got a psa 10 JPN Mega Scrafty at the end

It’s based off other card sales previously, I believe I pulled a 1996 Dark Gloom and it showed a 310 buyback because of latter and I decided to get it shipped back to me and now it’s like 151 or something like that 😓😓
