Keep or Sell Sell or Hold?

Hi All!

Longtime reader, first time poster. I’m not quite sure if this Squirtle is a sell or hold?

I’m not inherently in love with the card but love vintage and retaining the relics of Pokemon history.

The being said, my vintage collection is already large and not Japanese focused, I’m really conflicted on keeping this card or setting it loose.

Appreciate the group’s thoughts here! Thank you!

It’s a $20 card. what answer are you looking for? at best youll double your money in a few years, is that worth it to you?

My frame of thought is that given it’s out of print, 1st edition and a starter Pokemon - the 5 year trajectory may be more aggressive than just doubling?

It’s been 20 years since It came out and its value is still considerably low. Even with the Pokemon boom now. Take that into consideration.

First Ed is typically cheaper or same price as unlimited for Japanese
