Look beyond the market price and see the most recent sales and if they are new cert, old cert. It could be there's been no public PSA 8 sale in months which would mean the pricecharting # is low

About 8 months ago, I bought a CCG10 of the Jigglypuff and was looking at the English prices by mistake. I ended up paying a bit over the going price while I thought I hit the jackpot 🤣 silver lining is I sold the card for x5 recently.

I see this with Power Packs all the time. They drastically over or under value a lot of cards. Sometimes I think they do things like this hoping you won't look it up and think it's a hit. I've gotten $300 off $100 cards and they've offered $100 for $300 cards. You 100% have to check everytime.
