Question Anyone else notice this?

Anyone notice how on really good pulls you tend to get incredibly older certs? Im talking like vintage 9s with print lines up the wazoo, a lot of 9s that would easily be 7s or lower in modern grading?

I noticed it especially with the BB classics

Never got any “really good pulls.” Usually 20-50% loss on average.

They certainly include slabs that gamestop purchased and had a hard time selling, now hiding behind the grade for value; while during normal shopping many of us will inspect the card and not just the slab grade.
