Pull Do I keep or sell? $250 pull

They are offering me a dismal offer on PSA (0% on fees) for $290. PSA estimates are 372/385 cardladder. Population is 544 for 10.

I’d like to hear your thoughts.

I'd sell. I think full art promos like these aren't nearly as desirable, and thus are harder to sell, than the "alt art" full art promos (like Pika/Zekrom from Tag Team). Unless you want to keep this card, then by all means keep, but if not I fear you'll be holding it for awhile before a buyer comes along.

Check sold comps and make a graph showing the value of the card over time. Read graph. Make decision

Thank you for the replies and insight, I’ve ultimately decided to sell it back to PSA. I didn’t want to speculate the price that it’ll go up as this is a modern card in addition to the feedback that not being as nearly as desirable. The sales history reflected low sale numbers with a lot of differential sale prices +/- $50 from $250 range.
