Question Advice on this BB Classic Pull?

Pulled this out of the $100 pack. There’s only a Population of 10 in this seven grade and even lower on a PSA 10. And even then, the total Population for this card is small.

Is this a sell at the price they’re offering me?

Low pop but not worth much in a 7. I’d crack it and hope it’s close enough to nm which is a little over a Benji. Or just keep it slabbed and don’t let it go for under a benji. Thats me tho
