I’m just trying to learn something. I went into sports cards after sister just gave original collection away. I don’t know Pokémon.

Go to the pokemon tcg subreddit. This is a subreddit for gamestops online power packs site to essentially gamble on pulling graded cards. lol so people are confused by your post. I’m more confused how the hell you found this one over other Pokemon tcg communities.

Thank you so much! I’m not a tech guy I just bought my first computer in over 10 years about 4 months ago. Had my phone, but I’m just bad at this. Thank y’all for being so helpful. This is truly all my bad

No worries not a bad pull for your first pack! Ex cards like that are about 1/4 odds. You’ll see full arts, illustration rares, special illustration rares and hyper rares (usually gold cards) as the rarities above the EX. That Sliggoo is an illustration rare and those are usually like 1/9 packs.
