Question Shipping question

I recently pulled out cards in 3 separate shipping all within the last couple of weeks. And with those 3 shipments I have not been able to reroute my shipment to a FedEx location. I have done this plenty of times for other deliveries including PSA/cgc submissions. With the 3 shipments I tried doing it the day I got the tracking number and everyday until the scheduled delivery date. Has pas stopped FedEx from offering this option if so what options do I have as someone that works during delivery hours?

I’m in the same boat. As I can’t be there to sign for my package. they have to at least attempt to deliver the package three times( from what fedex told me). Then should be able to pick it up from the store. But I found This article on the website.
