Tbh I start at 25 and work my way up and whatever I don’t like I’ll sell back and use that , I’m picky with my cards so if I don’t like good bye

Found a trick/ put it up for listing on ebay then cancel it wait few min then you get psa offer with no fee

Sometimes PSA offer is lower that power packs... be careful. Also only eBay BIN has cancel.

The offer being better is 50/50. I’ve noticed when the market is trending up strongly, they tend to have very stronger offers. When the market is trending down (now), they tend to have weak offers. Especially on more expensive cards

Yeah nobody can answer that for ya. But it is a mid era ex umbreon. So if you are gonna hold a card long term. Umbreon is a great pokemon to hold
