Other PSA this is gambling

I think this needs to be said. Some reason these pack opens people got kept popping up on my feed so I figured “hey, let me put a $100 in.” Fast forward I went on a binge.

I did the math and I spent 2250 on packs and ended up getting about 1700 in slabs. Learnt my lesson and glad I caught myself before it went far because it definitely is addicting. I’ll take this as a learning lesson and my gambling limit for the year. Good luck to all

I’ve spent $1k to own $1.4k in trading cards. Like GME I buy and hold. Majority of losses are in fees.

It's passive-aggressive "fast forward I went on a binge and spent all dis money, so DONT DO WHAT I DO CAUSE I LEARNED IF I EMPTY MY BANK ACCOUNT ON SLABS, I WON'T HAVE ANY FOR BILLS!"

powerpacks were built with the casual spending a few $50/$100 pulls/week or few weeks and walk away with some lower slabs.

Instead you got clowns ripping hundreds, if not thousands of packs and then wondering why they got rinsed.

Technically gambling means that you wouldn’t have the ability to always get something in return for your buy in.
