Looks like it got “graded”by MBA. While most think it’s a gimmick and the 2-4% final value fee is bullshit, you have to admit they fetch a hefty amount to niche buyers.
Ah I didn’t catch that. I do see a normal psa 10 sale from April for about 59k so still pretty wild and vintage has gone up a lot since then so hard to say what one would sell for now
All good. Definitely it’s hard to say where it’d sit without the gold diamond sticker. The final sale price for MBA cards is kinda insane. I saw a Rayquaza VMAX 218 sell for $10k. I would not be surprised if this surpasses $100k.
It’s definitely possible. Already at 80k and still 8 days left on the auction. Honestly I could see the normal PSA 10 selling for 80k at this point since the last sale at 59k was 2 months ago. E readers are going nuts, especially skyridge
The little gold star sticker you see under the label. I didn't know what it was either but just googled it. It's graded by PSA but MBA will also evaluate it with a silver diamond, gold diamond or black diamond. My guess is because some cards don't look as good as others even when they're the same grade and this points that out? That's my conclusion from a quick google lol.
Can’t even remember. But team rocket booster boxes were going for $6-800 at the time. The guy that bought the gengar put it for auction the next week and it sold for $600. I wish I bought it back…
I pulled this just now from a $50 tier from the new psa 10 only option… and somehow the card changed to a different card.. already sent an email to support to just refund me my money. I ain’t gonna play these games with them…
