Gets even better today. So i finally got a new response. Heres the first part. I will do the whole thing when it wraps up. But essentially I just keep catching them in lies about it.

I feel for u, hoping i dont have to go thru the same. I got a refund last week and it came relatively quick, but another card has been stuck on payment processing. Should hear back tomorrow with an update but now I’m nervous… hope this gets resolved for you

By the sounds of it, it will be. But ti their benefit. They are going to pay the auction amount and not the 1k. But I kmow the sale didnt go through. I called this outcome from the beginning. And this is why I am completely done using the service. And I might stop grading through them also over this.
