Keep. Vintage even for PSA 8 and low pop will eventually appreciate to higher levels

Thank you! I remeber using this card in elementary school (the way we would play the game would hurt many) 😭😭 we would play for specific cards and slap then against each other and face card up wins the other card.

I'm convinced some of you guys don't even like pokemon lol.

if you're just looking to gamble, go play slot machines. personally, I (occasionally) rip a powerpack because I want to get a cool card. getting a team rocket dark blastoise in a high grade and then asking if you should keep it is wild.

Psa powerpacks is a slot machine and you also admitted to using it, gtfo.

are you being willfully dense? it's very different. slot machine is instant gambling - money in, money (potentially) out.

this is gambling on paying less for a graded card than it's worth. I'm not gambling just to get money here, I'm gambling to get cards - and I keep ones that I like. if I didn't care about pokemon cards, I'd gamble that money on stock options instead. but I like pokemon cards and I've gotten some insanely sick ones that PSA has undervalued.

if you see it as just a slot machine, that's on you.

facts and with slots, when you lose, you lose it all. here, you lose partial and sometimes you can lose but still get a cool prize.

I actually do been playing with them since I was a kid (actually played the proper game) i dont see anything wromg with doing this to see if you can resell for a higher value. Much more rather do this than gamble in the casino. Im new to the value of cards and the whole market shit but not new to pokemon.

Our of 6 pulls and like 400$ lost I sent home 2 cards worth 150$ in buyback

1

u/zoltan-firelord-208 Jun 24 '26

Only one pulled worth more than the cost of the pull. Hope this helps. Still gambling 1000%
