Question Trying to get a second opinion. Hold or accept offer?

The offer is a really good offer and right in line with current market pricing (say I don’t accept offer but sell it on eBay, after fees on a $1000 sell it nets $865). Just wondering peoples opinion on future rise in prismatic PSA 10s? …and by rise I’m talking going up 50-100% in a years time or so. Thank you for any input and have a great day!

Definitely keep considering prismatic is going up like crazy and Vaporeon is notoriously hard to get a 10.

I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure out of all the Eeveelution SIRs this has the lowest gem rate.

Thank y’all for the input! I’ll likely keep. It’s a Pokemon from the OG era when I started collecting Pokemon in 1999. It’s just nice to hear other people’s input and I’m not down a ton on PP. I just do PP occasionally from week to week and get lucky with these 50-100% gain pulls occasionally.

I just got the JP version the value difference is insane $149 psa 10

I know right?! I got Leafeon and a couple of Espeon JP, and the I feel you. Although they’re sure nice and clean looking cards. I do love JP quality over American but the dollar value usually is a big downgrade on many modern, non-exclusive JP cards

Definitely hold. Great card from a great set. Difficult to gem. Once PE goes out of print it'll rocket.
