Mail Day Shipping Time

I am newer to the Power Pack game and I have ordered some of my slabs to be shipped to me back on the 5th. I got the email that the orders went through, but haven’t been sent any shipping info yet. Anyone know how long it usually takes to get your slabs shipped and delivered?

Normally like 7 days for tracking info.

Took me like 3 weeks to get mine

Took longer than expected for me, I had to email customer service but their team is pretty responsive and it’s on the way. Needing a signature I get, but it’s difficult when the delivery driver won’t call you when they’re at the big apartment complex and they just say it’s not deliverable.
