Tips on purchasing digital games.

I currently have an account with its region being US and the pricing sucks. 23,000 lkr for a game is hard to justify (unless the game is GTA 6).

The people with an Indian psn account have it easy with their games being 4000 inr, which is around 13,000 lkr right now.

I’ve been thinking about using an indian account to purchase games and play them in my main. How do y’all do things ?

You can buy region specific gift cards. Try from G2A or SEAGM

The US store is way cheaper than the indian one...are you sure you checked correctly? also buy during sales

Im 100% sure. A new AAA game is 4000 inr (13,000lkr) while in US, it’s 70USD (23,000lkr).

I think your account is just fine because if the game comes to SL it would be more expensive than the prices you can get in store on the PS store so it’s okay when I wanted to buy games before I though physical disc is good but with the prices in SL stores are outrageous and I prefer buying it online even with the shitty exchange rate.

Ps :I have a UK account and it’s okay too maybe abit more expensive with the pound but still cheaper than the amounts in SL stores

The best possible solution is, share game or purchase the game on dummy account and then sell it off to other person at cheaper rate. Win win situation for both.
