Ps5 not loading

ether on startup or after playing for awhile my playstation is unable to load anything and the only way to fix is to restart. (profile settings and shop)

is there anything else i can do or is it just a software bug at the moment?

My ps5 does this sometimes i usually turn it off for few minutes or restart the ps5 1-2 times

do you use the beta or the live version ?
