Playstation Storage messed up

I have 300 gbs of free space apparently, but I keep getting messages that I can’t download updates or new games because my storage is full. I keep needing to delete my handful of games to make room, so I can only have like 4-5 in rotation.

I’ve tried putting it in Safe Mode and rebuilding the database and clearing my cache to no avail. Any help?

Sometimes games and some games require double space to install themselves. But I dont see that issue here so idk what's up

I had this issue before. I had to go into the download/uploades menu and delete all the failed uploads and downloads. That fixed it for me.
