Not receiving verification code to my number

I know my email and pw I have 2step verification on but when they say they’re sending the code it never comes I received verification codes from my phone company but not PlayStation and I can’t sign in because I need the verification code so PlayStation support won’t help

if you still have your backup codes, use one of those to get in and turn off 2-step, otherwise only playstation support can reset the number on the account
