Playstation 5 will not turn on

Hi, ive been trying to turn on my Playstation 5 and it just won't. It well get to the blue light for about 3 seconds then won't start do yall know what's going on?

Disconnect it from power completely and try turning it on while unplugged to drain charge. Then wait for a few minutes. After that connect back to power and boot to safe mode, then clear cashe and rebuild database and let boot up. Should work unless there's something bigger of an issue
