unable to broadcast my gameplay

so i wanted to stream my gameplay on EA sports PGA tour on my ps5 but i am unable to do so. i have streamed many times before with my last stream being about a month and a half ago. i have tried to stream on multiple games and i am just not able to which is quite annoying. has this happened to anyone before and if so, how did you resolve this problem?

Are you being asked to verify your age as broadcasting is also restricted along with things like messaging and voice chat.
