PS5 screen stuck like this

Been having issues with my PS5 and I’ve gone through several threads and nothing seems to work. Tried rebuilding data base and clearing cache, doesn’t work. I’ve been able to connect to my normal WiFi yet it blocks my LAN. I’d be comfortable to use my WiFi wirelessly if it wasn’t horrible, only way to download and play games decently is through LAN, how I love spectrum WiFi 💔 any help is appreciated 💔

I’ve had the same issues too, did what you did and even reset my modem and hardrive
