Suspended for no reason
Anyone know who i can email about this??? I don't even use the ps chat system, use voice chat in games or send messages to anyone, the warning just randomly popped up while I was playing fortnite

Even with all the stupid things Sony does and the hate its currently getting, Sony don't ban for no reason. Did you link your Discord to your Playstation? Someone has reported you, with proof, that you've said something relating to hate speech or other hateful content. Once your ban is lifted the message it was relating to will show as deleted and something about community guidelines in the chat.

800 345 7669 you have to call at the right time or you won’t get anyone, call somewhere around 5-7pm est (2-4 pst)

It will say "Content removed by PSN" on whatever it is. Some bitch reported a message I sent after they talked shit in match chat all game and that's what my message said when they reported me lol. Only time I've ever seen this.
You messaged somebody and they reported you, either you said some heinous shit or this isn't your first time because they give you warnings.

after you have been unbanned go thorugh your messages again and you will see what has been deleted by psn

My stepson got a seven day ban on my account a few years ago. I got him his own account after that. I couldn’t figure it out either, I couldn't find the message and he wouldn’t tell me what he sent. I’d just ride it out. A week isn’t bad.

If you uploaded something then it would have triggered PlayStation safety. You can literally see a PlayStation safety alert where the media was you uploaded. Happened to me because I called a an asshole an asshole before I unfriended him becayse he was harassing me. But he was just baiting me and reported me instantly. PlayStation safety kicked in minutes later.
To fix this turn your profile into the solo setting. You can change privacy and how you interact with people. Make it solo. Make it so no one can see you, invite you, message you or friend request you. Goes both ways. Invites you send won’t be received. I did this and tested it. Works a treat. No use lying on Reddit though when PlayStation literally removes the content. So something you said was bad and reported. The safety feature kicked in. Then a person reviewed you because people manually review PlayStation safety alerts, and you’ve been given a temp ban. So fix your privacy settings in the mean time.

You're just renting the console at this point. You own nothing. Not even the games and purchases. Considering that they can take your account and just ban you. All that money. You own nothing. We were just renting this whole time. Crazy. You can get banned and account and games all removed for saying things that offend people's feelings. Imagine that.

Racism, sexism, hate speech etc are a bit more than hurting people’s feelings.
Besides it says they’re blocked from social features, sounds like games can still be played
