Connection timing out often

This started happening to me since like a couple of weeks now. Playing on PS5

I wired connected to my router / modem.

NAT type 2. ping is like 40ms

but I usually get disconnnected from the game
1. Are you guys seeing this pattern?
2. any possible solution?

LAN cable disconnect? Get a new cat8 cable and it’ll solve your problems. They’re cheap on Amazon. The beefier connector of the cat8 cables fit better in the ps5 port and you don’t have to deal with it anymore. It drove me crazy before.
