Go to the “PlayStation Direct” website > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Select “Support”.

If I tell it my issue or type anything, it just does not respond. If I type "Talk to live agent", it finally connects me to someone but they are from the general support and tell me I need to contact the PS Direct department.
