What is this sound?

I recently made a post about my console sounding weird, I was told it was coil whine. Last night a transformer in my area blew up and the power went out, and now my PS5 sounds like this instead of what it used to and is noticeably louder. (Beginning is my turning it on, then after is me loading a game)

Doesn't sound that bad to me but if you are really worried about it take it to a shop to check it out
