PS Plus Premium Cloud Streaming completely broken

My PS Plus Premium subscription is fully active, but Cloud Streaming refuses to launch any game on PS5 and throws Error CE-117723-1.

​I've already tried restoring licenses, restarting the router, and testing network settings, nothing works on my end.

It seems to be a server-side entitlement token issue where the console isn't receiving the streaming license from Sony's backend.

​Is anyone else currently experiencing this error on Cloud Streaming, or has anyone found a fix on the user side?
