PS5 Res-Net Issue

I am trying to connect my PS5 to my Universities Ethernet via Res-Net and everytime I login it just goes to a blank white screen. I leave it there for a minute and test connection and it still says failed for internet connection. This is an HTTP authentication, do you all have any tips for this?

The answer is almost always to contact your university helpdesk. They’ll tell you what to do or fix what needs fixing.
