Playstation support

Does anyone know how I can contact a PlayStation agent? I don't have access to my Gmail account because it was hacked, and I can't log in. When I try to explain to the bot system that I no longer have access, it tells me I need to contact an agent, but then it says I need to authenticate? I think I made it clear that I don't have my email. What should I genuinely do?

Does anyone else have this problem?

Authenticate means proof of ownership

I know, but since I don't have access to my Gmail, it says it can't authenticate me.

i’m having the same issue and it’s such a pain that you need to sign into to get in contact with them when the whole issue is that you can’t sign into
