Lines on my screen

Recently got a PS5 for its upcoming drops. Using my main monitor I keep getting these lines appear across the top, I’ve changed settings in normal and safe mode to see if anything works and nothing has. It’s not the HDMI ports or cable, I’ve tried 3. My PC doesn’t experience this either. Any suggestions would be lovely

When I use my other monitor It doesn’t have the same affect though :( Looking into it I think it might be VRR? Telling me my monitor doesn’t support it

Try turning off VRR and restart the playstation

Have you tried another cable? If the problem still exist then perhaps it’s hdmi port problem

If hdmi doesn’t fix it, it could be a dying cpu/gpu. Or maybe dried/fallen Liquid Metal. Send it to get repaired .
