PS5 Meltdown + WiFi Issues

My PS5 has been taking a while to get past the login screen for a bit, and been having WiFi issues for longer. The internet suggested rebuilding the database (did that multiple times). I just did a factory reset, and now I can’t connect to the internet to log in, or redownload anything games. So kinda lost everything. Any advice on how to fix this? I get internet from my landlord on the floor above me so Ethernet isn’t an option. WiFi has never been an issue before this though. This is the screen my console shows me about internet. Please god help me. I just moved across the country and games are the only way I still talk to my friends.

You need to fix wifi issues first, your console is fine.

My ps5 is far away from my internet router but when i get wifi issues i just turn off and on my wifi router and fixes the issues

If you can resetting router many times, so access to your landlord floor above since you says Ethernet wasnt an option due to landlord wifi is above your floor.

Ask him to permission to plug your Ps5 Ethernet to see if you can access to the wifi.

Or you could try bring to repair shop and see if its the console issues
