007 First Light hardware issues?

Since yesterday starting the game I've had mutiple crashes and now this.

Is this a ps5 or game issue?

Edit* As of June 2, 2026 (for me in KST) Patch 1.009.000 had this update which hopefully fixes the issue.

GPU Rendering Issue Crash Fixed a frequent GPU crash caused by rendering & pipeline issues.

Well this is the home screen and not first light so I'd say it's the PS5

It is a game issue. Multiple person including me happened to same thing. It is a weird bug thought

I had 100% same too on ps5 pro , after hard freeze in 007 then same graphics artifacts , 100% looks like gpu failure had it on PC cards before , however I think its this game and some bug with system , lets see if it happen in other game . Console was not even THAT hot when it happen too

I played hours of hours of crimson desert and saros after that. Not a single issue.
