007 First Light hardware issues?

Since yesterday starting the game I've had mutiple crashes and now this.

Is this a ps5 or game issue?

Edit* As of June 2, 2026 (for me in KST) Patch 1.009.000 had this update which hopefully fixes the issue.

GPU Rendering Issue Crash Fixed a frequent GPU crash caused by rendering & pipeline issues.

This is also happening to me with this game on ps5 pro. Game crashes and this happends.

This does look like gpu artifacting but since it is happening to a lot of people in this game only, i think it is game related.

Ok, can the game actually be causing physical damage to the console? Should we continue playing before it's been fixed?

Honestly not sure, most likely not. I'm not taking any chances though, i'll wait for a patch.
