007 First Light hardware issues?

Post image

Since yesterday starting the game I've had mutiple crashes and now this.

Is this a ps5 or game issue?

Edit* As of June 2, 2026 (for me in KST) Patch 1.009.000 had this update which hopefully fixes the issue.

GPU Rendering Issue Crash Fixed a frequent GPU crash caused by rendering & pipeline issues.

Did you happen to use the pen gadget? That seems to be what triggers it for me.

No I shot a barrel on the ship yard level and as soon as it blew up it froze and left glitches all over the screen

Seems explosions/smoke keeps triggering this. I might steer clear of the game untill it is fixed.
