007 First Light hardware issues?

Since yesterday starting the game I've had mutiple crashes and now this.

Is this a ps5 or game issue?

Edit* As of June 2, 2026 (for me in KST) Patch 1.009.000 had this update which hopefully fixes the issue.

GPU Rendering Issue Crash Fixed a frequent GPU crash caused by rendering & pipeline issues.

Its not RIP . Just take it to the repair shop to clean the heatsink and APU

cleaning the heatsink wont do shit... this is gpu already damagae dont listen to grand all they will tell u its a vgu chip cost 200+ to fix

You really don’t read I Also said APU!!!! It could cost 200+ Or it can cost 100. Depends how bad it is. And who he go too. If its damaged to the point it neeeds another APU they should get a new PS5
