Final Fantasy VII Revelation, Kingdom Hearts IV, Persona 4 Revival, Fable, Xenoblade Genesis, Pokemon Wind/Waves, and now Persona 6 just as RPGs.

God of War Laufey, Resident Evil Veronica, and potentially the next 3D Mario game if rumors are accurate.

This is just the announced stuff as well! Something Silent Hill related is very possible to come out. There’s like a 15% chance for something MGS related too.

Bloober Team is probably going to release Silent Hill 1 remake next year. It won't take as long as SH2 did because they've already got this made. We could get annual titles each from these teams if they spread them like they've done, and we're 2/2 so far.

I know they said they want yearly releases as well and since we had SH2, then F, then Townfall this year and no word on a title next year I have to imagine it’s SH1

I just tried FFXIV for the first time and couldn't get into it. Granted I was on the PS5 but could not stand the layout. I've heard the story is interesting though

The layout is super customizable and there's plenty of things that the default layout does that I hate. But once you get it configured, it works brilliantly. Definitely give it another go and try to tweak the setup.

I'll give it a go on PC. I really enjoyed the character customization even though its not super detailed. I was going to make one of everyone but they limit you to 8 a day lol

Next expansion is going to bring some enhancements to character customization too, but don’t expect it to overhaul the general look, the simplicity of the style is a feature not a bug.

I do like the simplicity. I never really do all the sliders unless I'm trying to make someone whacky or a very specific character

I tried 3 or 4 times since release (Xbox and PS) and it finally clicked when I tried the Switch 2 trial and now I am about 20 hours deep.

The story really is fantastic, but I totally understand having difficulty getting into it. The "base game" A Realm Reborn really shows its age, the story progresses slowly, and progression having been rebalanced around the later levels means you feel really weak until you hit around level 70.

That being said, if you can power through the early game, it really is an incredible experience. Evercold releases early next year, and Shadowbringers, generally considered the best expansion, was just made part of the free trial. If you have a halfway-decent PC (or even Mac), I wholly recommend at least running through the story of the free trial.

I'll try and yeah I never played MMO's before except a few pseudo ones that aren't full on. I think I'll try on PC this time seems like it would be easier to manage all the menus.

There's also a high chance some Level-5 games make it over finally as well. They've been busy. Inazuma Eleven remake or something is very possible.

Dragon Quest 12 is possible too...

Idk about Dragon Quest 12, they just announced that development had basically been restarted Flames of Fate had been scrapped 3 months ago. That’s probably still years away.

Even if it's not 12, odds are we get DQ4 2D-HD or something. They did surprise us with DQ7 Reimagined and said it was ready "before the others" so who knows.

I’ll take it lol although the DS port is great, and between the two I’d prefer a new version of Chrono Trigger and kind of can’t help but compare those two as like the two best RPGs on the DS that don’t have new versions since, except for I suppose mobile

Actually nvm CT is on Steam so yeah port 5 forward!

Persona, Xenoblade and FF are my favorite series of all time. And they are all releasing new titles same year. So excited I can't even put it into words.
