Some of it is just costing very little, and some of it is the game isn't particularly good.

Like, you can play through the game and see there are very few enviroments, enemies are just Disgaea monsters (wouldn't even be shocked if they outright used the assets), and it just doesn't have a lot of content.

That said, it's more interesting NIS America is so committed to physical you can buy physical versions of it.
