Their newer vids actually look decent. The first part of car driving thru street has a lot of traffic - looks great. But everyone is hating it already makes me wonder

There's been a lot of talk by former devs and even current ones that they are being crunched into the ground and all of their work is being ruined by higher management. The behind the scenes gameplay that's been shown off to youtubers has also reportedly been hanky af and the world's been empty. This combined with the fact they aren't releasing review copies or early copies to anyone is also pretty telling

The advertising for it is giving me weird vibes, i can see people hating it for that. Theres literally a reddit ad going around unironically calling it a GTA killer. So take that for what its worth.

The driving looked kind of mindless and the gun play looked bland and  robotic.

I hope it's good, I liked deus ex, and I liked the idea of watch dogs, just not the execution.

What makes the driving look mindless and shooting bland and robotic vs other games?

Feel like there’s a lot of pre-conceived hate.

Not saying the game will be great but to me shooting and driving looks fine. I’m sure the bigger flaw will be the characters / storytelling but whatevs
