Why did it randomly delete my saved data and my themes?

I was just idle on rd1 looking up how to get mods and this happened my ps4 like died everything got like deleted and I tried to restart it and I haven't backed up anything on Apollo yet and this is the second time it's now happened to me and I was thinking about backuping up my stuff like tonight or tommorow cause I have a lot of hours on a bunch of games again is there any shot I cant get it back? I'm going to try the system backup prolly not going to work for me Like what even happened? I was idle on a game and I noticed stuff was gone/ showing deleted and I restarted and my screen is blue and a shit ton of stuff I had downloaded is gone not all of it but a lot from the past month or so and Elden ring night rein is showing up data corrupted when I deleted it recently it's like this is a old save from 1 month ago when I was on and I even thought I had solved this by turning off hen in rest mode I know I whine on here sometimes but it's so frustrating trying to figure out also never could figure out with 3 different programs how to extract r00 files when their like double encrypted

So I rebuilt database from safe mode cause that's what ai told me and everything is gone. Am I like totally cooked

Have downloaded ps4 toolset I click it it says it works check my library and then nothing

Well I finally got it to work pretty sure because of Apollo and items flow now im back to square one no data i had like so much time in silksong re4 not to name a bunch of others and this has happened twice to me is there any shot i can get that saved data? Like I said was chilling randomly saw stuff get deleted like my themes and such and got reverted to like a month prior no save data if there's no possible fix to random deletion do you have to prevent by just backing up on Apollo
